Short terms, because the website is simple
This website is static: it has no database, forms, registration or sign-in. Its privacy policy is therefore brief.

What the website does not store
We do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses or anything else that could be linked to a specific person. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising ourselves, and there are no accounts or comments. Advertising on the website is provided by Google AdSense — see the Advertising section.
What the hosting provider processes
The website runs through a hosting provider which, like any web server, records technical information about requests — the IP address, time, page address and browser type. This is used to operate the service and defend it against attacks. The provider processes this information on our behalf; we do not process it ourselves or combine it with anything else.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
Each page has at most two ad slots, always labelled as advertising. They are served by Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited). Google may store cookies and process data about your device and visit — in the EU, the UK and Switzerland only according to your choice in the consent message Google shows on your first visit. If you do not consent, it shows only limited, non-personalised ads. How Google uses data on partner websites is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookies page.
External links
The website links to external sites, including official Rockstar Games material, publications and community archives. When you follow one of these links, that site's policies apply, not ours. We have no control over external websites and accept no responsibility for them.
Content loaded from elsewhere
The Play GTA 1 page can load the website of the Carnage3D open-source engine's authors in a frame. It operates outside our website, and its operator may independently store technical information about your browser. The frame loads only after you press the button, so it will not start without your deliberate action.
Game server data
The server browsers display data from public server lists. We store only what a server has published about itself: its name, player count, language, country, type, framework, logo and links. The lists also contain player names and identifiers — we neither read nor store them.
Your rights
If you believe that the website processes your personal data, contact us at the email address provided. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict its processing and receive it in a portable form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Competition emails
The competition on the GTA 6 Competition page is run by email. Anyone who submits a prediction entrusts us with two things: the address it was sent from and the nickname under which they wish to be announced. We do not request or record anything else — no name, postal address or telephone number. The purpose of the processing is to administer the competition and deliver the prize; without an address, we cannot confirm the prediction or announce the result. We delete the addresses within thirty days of announcing the result, do not disclose them to anyone and do not use them to send anything else. You may request earlier deletion at any time without giving a reason, but this will end your participation. The inbox containing the predictions is the competition's only record; no database is created on the website.
Changes
If the website adds audience measurement or a discussion feature, this page will change before the feature is launched — not afterwards. The date of the latest revision appears at the top.
This text describes the website as it actually operates. If audience measurement or a discussion feature were added, it would no longer apply and would be rewritten before the feature was launched.
