320 things from Grove Street to the desert

Five collections, each in a different corner of the state. The rewards aren't just money — weapons that then appear at your safehouses by themselves, and stats CJ can't get any other way.

Last checked 24 September 2026.

San Andreas hides five collections across the map. Each belongs to a different city or skill — tags are sprayed in Los Santos, photos are taken in San Fierro, horseshoes are hunted in Las Venturas and oysters lie underwater all over the state.

The game rewards them with weapons that then appear at your safehouses, with money and with better stats. Together they're part of the road to 100 percent.

What each one gets you

100

Graffiti tags

Los Santos — you spray over rival gang tags in Grove Street colours.

Reward: An AK-47, sawn-off shotgun, Molotov cocktail and Tec-9 start appearing at the Johnson house. Grove Street members carry better weapons.

Tip: You need a spray can. Tags can be collected right from the start of the game.

50

Snapshots

San Fierro — spots you have to photograph.

Reward: $100 per snapshot and $100,000 after the last one. A sniper rifle, Micro SMG, grenades and a shotgun appear at the Doherty garage.

Tip: The spots aren't visible to the naked eye — they only show up in the camera viewfinder once you zoom in.

50

Horseshoes

Las Venturas and its surroundings.

Reward: Luck goes up to the maximum, and sex appeal a little. An SMG, satchel charges, a combat shotgun and an M4 start appearing in front of the Four Dragons Casino.

Tip: The in-game map doesn't mark them — without a list of locations you'll only find them by chance.

50

Oysters

Underwater all over the state.

Reward: $100 each. Lung capacity goes up to the maximum and girlfriends react better.

Tip: Train your underwater swimming first — with small lungs you won't reach the deeper oysters.

70

Unique stunt jumps

All over the map — ramps and edges you have to jump from and land in the right place.

Reward: $500 for each successful jump.

Tip: A fast motorbike is the most reliable choice. A jump only counts if you land and survive.

Frequently asked questions

How many collectibles are there in GTA San Andreas?

320 in five collections: 100 graffiti tags, 50 snapshots, 50 horseshoes, 50 oysters and 70 unique stunt jumps.

What do I get for all 100 tags?

An AK-47, sawn-off shotgun, Molotov cocktail and Tec-9 start appearing at the Johnson house on Grove Street, and Grove Street gang members carry better weapons.

Why can't I see the photo spots?

Snapshots only show up in the camera viewfinder when you zoom in. Without a camera you won't find them even standing right next to one.

Can I collect everything from the start?

No. The tags in Los Santos yes, but San Fierro and Las Venturas only open up as the story progresses. Until then you get a wanted level for crossing the city limits.

Going for 100 percent

Collections are only part of the way. The rest is in the story, gang territories and your character's stats.
