Tommy Vercetti
The protagonist and a former member of the Forelli family. After his release from prison, he is sent to Vice City and gradually strikes out on his own.
Vice City characters: who trusts whom and why
Vice City is not built around anonymous mission givers. Every contact has a plan, and almost every alliance is temporary.
The relationships matter most: who introduces Tommy to the next contact, who benefits from Diaz's fall and who feels sidelined once the empire starts earning money.
