Print Works
The $70,000 print shop has its own story chain, and the finale won't open without its mission Hit the Courier. If you want to finish the story, don't put it off.

After taking over Vercetti Estate, money is no longer just for weapons. Buying businesses opens missions, regular income and the route to the finale.
Not every purchased property is a profitable business. A safehouse is mainly used for saving, a garage and reward spawns; an asset has its own tasks and generates money after they are completed.
You can buy businesses from the mission Shakedown, the first mission at Vercetti Estate. The eight businesses for sale cost $400,000 together; all of them plus the mansion earn up to $53,000 a day.
| Business | District | Price | Income starts after | Up to per day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vercetti Estate | Starfish Island | not for sale (Rub Out) | Cop Land | $5,000 |
| Boatyard | Viceport | $10,000 | Checkpoint Charlie | $2,000 |
| Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory | Little Havana | $20,000 | Distribution | $3,000 |
| The Pole Position Club | Ocean Beach | $30,000 | spending $300 on private dances | $4,000 |
| Kaufman Cabs | Little Haiti | $40,000 | Cabmaggedon | $5,000 |
| Sunshine Autos | Little Havana | $50,000 | the first car list; the cap rises with each of the four lists | $9,000 |
| InterGlobal Films | Prawn Island | $60,000 | G-Spotlight | $7,000 |
| Print Works | Little Haiti | $70,000 | Hit the Courier | $8,000 |
| Malibu Club | Vice Point | $120,000 | The Job | $10,000 |
Prices apply to the original PC and console versions. Income piles up at the building until you collect it, but only up to the daily cap.
What each offers and why to complete it
The $70,000 print shop has its own story chain, and the finale won't open without its mission Hit the Courier. If you want to finish the story, don't put it off.
An expensive business with a substantial chain of preparations for a robbery. It also includes The Driver, often one of the most difficult obstacles.
The taxi firm opens a series of jobs involving a rival company. Once complete, it generates income and provides a themed reward.
InterGlobal Films on Prawn Island offers a varied series of missions using a boat, aircraft and motorbike.
Combines races, garages and vehicle wanted lists. Each additional list gradually increases the business's value.
The distribution job starts in a special vehicle. Keep a close eye on police attention while completing it.
Completion is not a standard mission; the business starts earning after a set amount is spent on a private dance.
The short Checkpoint Charlie time trial tests boat handling. Success activates the business income.
A buying order without unnecessary grinding
Do not buy a business with your last money. Some missions require weapons, body armour or repeated attempts.
Each business can hold only a limited amount of money. Once it reaches that limit, no more income is added until you collect it.
Look out for cars from the lists during normal play. Deliberately searching for all of them at the end is slower.
Direct answers
The Print Works and Vercetti Estate (the missions Hit the Courier and Cop Land), plus five other completed businesses of your choice. Then the mission Cap the Collector appears at the Print Works.
The eight businesses for sale cost $400,000 in total, from the Boatyard at $10,000 to the Malibu Club at $120,000. Vercetti Estate isn't bought; you get it through the mission Rub Out.
The Malibu Club, up to $10,000 a day after The Job. Next come Sunshine Autos with $9,000 after all four car lists and the Print Works with $8,000.
Buying it is not enough. Complete its missions or fulfil its specific condition; an income icon will then appear at the property.
