34 new tracks. Not one radio station.

On 17 September 2026, Rockstar announced GTA VI: The Album with Atlantic Records — the first confirmed music for the game. It has still not revealed the station names, DJs, or in-game playlist; those are known only from listening to the trailers and from a leak.

Checked 29 September 2026. Each item shows who identified it.

This page follows the same rule as the rest of the site: Rockstar's own word first, outside listening and press identification in the middle, leaks and fan speculation last — and clearly labeled.

GTA VI: The Album

Official album of original tracks — announced 17 September 2026

Confirmed by Rockstar

It is the first official confirmation from Rockstar itself of specific music for GTA 6. An important distinction: this is an album of new songs, not a list of radio stations — Rockstar has yet to reveal that list, and it is unclear whether or on which in-game stations these tracks will play.

Radio stations

Rockstar hasn't confirmed a single station name or count yet

What Rockstar itself hinted at

Jason Duval was photographed in official promotional material wearing a V-Rock T-shirt — the classic rock station from Vice City (2002). Rockstar has never commented on this in words; it's purely a visual detail in the artwork.

Leak, unconfirmed

What showed up in the CyberLeek leak

Starting 18 August 2026, a person or group going by CyberLeek published dozens of clips from an unauthorized build of the game, including footage of a radio station selection menu. Take-Two responded with rapid takedowns and legal subpoenas to Microsoft, Discord, X, and YouTube seeking the leaker's identity — which suggests the footage is genuine, but Rockstar has never verbally confirmed the station names or called them final content.

This is a list from an unauthorized leak, not a Rockstar announcement. We treat it as probably genuine (given Take-Two's legal response) but not confirmed — and certainly not final.

Music inside the story

GTA 6 has fictional music characters and a label — but so far no actual released track that belongs to them

Rockstar's official game site describes three characters from the music business: Boobie Ike, owner of the label Only Raw Records, his partner Dre'Quan Priest, and the rap duo Real Dimez (Bae-Luxe and Roxy), whom Dre'Quan signed. Full profiles for all three are on the Characters page — this section covers only the music angle.

Only Raw Records

The label run by Boobie Ike and Dre'Quan Priest. Per their own profiles, they're missing exactly one thing: a hit.

Real Dimez

The rap duo signed to Only Raw Records. Rockstar's own description leaves it unclear whether DWNPLY — credited with their early hit — is a person or a song title.

Rockstar hasn't released an actual recording, preview, or release date for any of these fictional acts or the label. For comparison: for GTA V, Rockstar had similar fictional radio-station bands actually recorded and released as real songs — that hasn't happened yet for GTA 6.

How it went in previous games

Why you shouldn't expect a tracklist in advance for GTA 6

GTA IV (2008)

Rockstar never released a commercial soundtrack for the base game. A planned album for The Lost and Damned expansion was announced, artwork and all, but the release was ultimately pulled. The full station playlist only became public knowledge after players had the disc in hand.

GTA Wiki — the music of GTA IV

GTA V (2013)

The game launched on 17 September 2013. The official three-volume digital soundtrack didn't arrive until 24 September — a week after launch, not before it.

Wikipedia — Music of Grand Theft Auto V

In both previous mainline games, Rockstar withheld the full station and song lineup until launch or just after. GTA 6 watchers expect the same for 19 November 2026 — but that's an inference from precedent, not something Rockstar has said.

What's only claimed

None of this traces to a Rockstar source. We include it only because it keeps circulating online as if it were fact.

Unconfirmed

Drake supposedly has his own radio station

Producer Jermaine Dupri said on the New Rory & Mal podcast (June 2025) that Rockstar approached Drake and that he'd have his own station with the ability to upload unreleased tracks. This is a secondhand claim from a third party — confirmed by neither Rockstar nor Drake.

Unconfirmed

Kendrick Lamar supposedly gets a station built around GNX

A claim circulating on fan and tracker sites with no named source at all. Likely just an analogy to Frank Ocean's blonded Los Santos station from GTA V.

Frequently asked questions

Has Rockstar published a song or station list for GTA 6?

Not a list of stations or in-game songs. Rockstar did, however, announce GTA VI: The Album on 17 September 2026 — 34 original tracks, six of which have already been released as singles, including songs by Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen, Rauw Alejandro, and Keith Richards. It has not said whether or on which in-game stations they will play.

What is GTA VI: The Album?

An official album of 34 original tracks that Rockstar will release with Atlantic Records on 19 November 2026. The first six singles are already out; the album will be available digitally, on CD, and in several vinyl editions.

Is V-Rock from Vice City coming back?

Not confirmed — just a strong hint. Jason Duval was photographed in promotional material wearing a V-Rock T-shirt, but Rockstar hasn't commented on it in words.

Is the station list from the CyberLeek leak real?

Probably — Take-Two responded to the clips with legal action, which suggests the footage is genuine game material. But Rockstar has never officially confirmed the list, so we treat it as likely, not certain.

Will Drake or Kendrick Lamar have their own station in GTA 6?

Neither is confirmed. Both are secondhand claims with no official source — Drake's from producer Jermaine Dupri, Kendrick's with no named source at all.

When will Rockstar reveal the full soundtrack?

GTA VI: The Album will be released on 19 November 2026 alongside the game. Based on the precedent of GTA IV and GTA V, the complete radio-station list is likely to appear only at launch or afterwards — but that is an estimate based on history, not an announcement.
